You go into Burke & Wills and up the stairs. What is at the top is pressed wallpaper, oil paintings, wingback chairs and cricket photographs, which is not a thing the Upper West Side has much of otherwise.
The drinks are careful and the room is quiet enough to talk in, which above 72nd Street is rarer than it should be.
