Melba Wilson opened this on the corner of 114th and Frederick Douglass in 2005 and it has been full ever since, mostly with people who live around it. Fried chicken, catfish, short ribs, and the chicken-and-waffles that made the name.

It is a neighborhood restaurant that outsiders found, which is the right order for that to happen in.
