We put sound quality first, before anything else, and H0L0 has the most beautifully tuned and frankly intoxicating system we’ve heard anywhere in the city. The bass is deep and powerful and it carries. The highs and mids mix in a way that doesn’t hurt your ears no matter how loud it gets. You have to hear the Danley rig to understand what we mean. The visuals are stunning too.
What to know
We like it on a night with a DJ playing drift phonk, but go whenever you can get there — the calendar is worth reading rather than assuming a house sound. It runs late, in the stretch of Ridgewood that keeps absorbing whoever gets priced out of Bushwick.
