Walk in and you enter another realm. You catch a glimpse of the room on your way to the humidor — people deep in conversation, entirely relaxed, in no hurry at all — and the humidor itself is a magnificent, functional piece of art that it’s a small privilege just to stand inside and browse.
The service is genuinely among the best anywhere: someone is always there to help without hovering. If it’s your first time, pick your cigars, ask for help choosing, pay at the counter, and they’ll cut and light it for you.
What to know
Walk toward the back. There are beautiful, comfortable seating arrangements back there, especially the glassy den beside the garden. Take a seat, enjoy your smoke, and arrive with no expectations — you may fall into a deep conversation with whoever is next to you, and if you don’t, that’s fine too. You’re in good company either way.
You can bring your own alcohol. Respect the house rules and check whether there’s a minimum — just ask. This is a place you never want to leave.
