The location is doing a lot of the work, and that is a compliment. Fifteen floors up over Orchard Street puts you above one of the densest, most interesting stretches in the city, with the downtown skyline west of you and the Lower East Side directly underneath.
There are two outdoor terraces and an indoor lounge, plus a pool, so there is more than one way to spend an evening here depending on which part you end up in.
What to know
Go after dark — this is a night room rather than an afternoon one. It gets crowded, which is the trade for being where it is.
