A bar has been on this spot since the 1890s, run by the same family for most of it. Sunny Balzano kept it going through a flood, a fire and a hurricane, and it still looks like a room that was furnished by whoever walked in.
There is a bluegrass jam on Saturday nights and live music on other nights, and both are the real thing rather than a booking.
