Barrels, brick and a bar, in a building that is actually making the whiskey rather than importing it and putting a Brooklyn label on the bottle. The water comes from a limestone mine upstate, which is the sort of detail that is either marketing or the whole point, and here it is the point.
It is a short walk from Sunny’s, which is how most people end up doing both.
