A Korean tasting menu served at a single counter. Every course comes with a printed card telling you what is on the plate and why. It sounds like a gimmick. Two hours in, you realize you have been paying attention the whole time.
It is one of the most decorated restaurants in the country, and it costs what that means. This is a plan, not a whim.
