Two floors of German and Austrian art in a 1914 mansion, built around the Klimt portrait known as the Woman in Gold, which took a lawsuit and a Supreme Court case to get here.
Cafe Sabarsky on the ground floor is a proper Viennese cafe with proper Viennese cake, and is worth the visit on its own.
What to know
Small, so an hour does it. The cafe queues at weekends; no under-12s in the galleries.
