About 270 square feet, most of it counter, with the kitchen open in front of you and a board instead of a menu. It has been there for years without a website, without a booking system and without any apparent interest in growing.

It is the closest thing downtown has to a Paris neighborhood bistro, at a size no landlord would allow twice.
